TRAINING AND SKILL ACQUISITION FOR MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
This paper gives a clear conceptual framework for training and development, the functional needs of training, the types and techniques of training, and the process for post training evaluation. The approach is from a standpoint of non-empirical discussions, hinging basically on the dynamics of different training techniques that are fundamentally designed to cater for different work environments and needs especially in the practice of Radiography.
