Leadership and Conflict in Radiodiagnosis: A Radiographer's Perspective

Abstract

The claims of superiority by physicians, who are the main professionals appointed in key leadership positions, over other health professionals have caused conflicts in the Nigerian health sector. These conflicts are experienced in all units of the hospital of which Radiodiagnostic unit is one of them.
